We have arrived at the first stop - Ocean E Pte Ltd. Mr Aru is the Managing Director of this farm.

The lady in black is the boss - Diane. Her father is the towkay negotiating a deal on his mobile.

Step 1 - open the cover of the cage

Step 2 - put a net in

Step 3 - pull up the net

Step 4 - pull the lobster up by its feelers

It is that easy. Remember, this can only happen in a fish farm.

Changi Fishery offers an ECO Tour for kids to appreciate the various animals found in the sea.

This young lady is holding on to a live Star Fish. You can see how delighted she is.

Kelong Story

This is a short kelong without the guiding poles for the fishes. We turn on the high wattage lamps at night to attract the fishes. At the turn of the tide, the fishes will arrive looking for food. That is the time to raise the net. We refer to the lunar calender - 8th day and 15th day seems to be the best times of the month for harvest.
